We pursue post-conviction relief for our clients at the Arizona state level, pursuant to the Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 32 and Rule 33.

We pursue post-conviction relief for our clients pursuant to the various routes provided by the California legislature and voter-mandated criminal justice reform. 

 

 

Federal Habeas Corpus Litigation

We navigate the complexities of  federal habeas corpus proceedings pursuant to  28 U.S. Code § 2254 and § 2255 with care and experience .

We handle direct criminal appeals as well as Petitions for Review to the higher courts. â€‹We look into every aspect of the record including pre-trial, trial and sentencing. We argue all available claims, leaving nothing on the table.

We offer free legal consultation services to discuss post-conviction relief options available to a wrongfully convicted person. ​​​We can advise you on the complexities of post-conviction litigation, including how to strategically navigate the differing relief options available.

We help individuals restore their civil rights after a criminal conviction. This includes reclaiming the right to vote, serve on a jury, and possess firearms.
